Presented by Patti Davis, President & Conference Chair, National Public Safety Educator Forum

National Public Safety Educator Forum is a network of public safety professionals that serves to strengthen the resources of 9-1-1 public education programs by sharing resources and information.

Patti Davis had planned to be an elementary classroom teacher, earning her BBS in Education and Masters in Reading, but then she discovered her life’s work was teaching people of all ages. Over the past 24 years, Patti has worked in one capacity or another in Public Education at the West Central Texas Council of Governments. Whether it was cancer awareness, interviewing skills, GED study skills, computer skills, or 9-1-1 awareness, her jobs at the COG have enabled Patti to feed her passions – passions for connecting people with other people, with resources, with learning, and with information.
