Improving the 9-1-1 team response for officers, communications and citizens

Live911 is a new technology that is being adopted by police and sheriff’s departments around the country. Departments are reporting faster response times, more opportunities to save lives and increase situational awareness for on scene responders.

So, what does this mean to ECCs? Learn firsthand from the Communications Manager of the first PD to implement Live911 how this new technology is dramatically improving the response in Chula Vista for not only the PD and citizens, but also for the ECC. The implementation of Live911 helped propel this department to national recognition by APCO.
